The Family of Bunkers is a tragic comedic animation targeted for a mature audience. Structured as a nuclear family, Family of Bunkers has an undertone of a parody of cartoons, as of the Simpson’s and Family guy, because the dysfunctional nuclear family is conventionally universal. The Family has nothing in common, but they carry that stereotypical commercial appeal of American humor.
